Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility:

• Refunds/returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for:
  • Damaged/defective products (provide photos).
  • Incorrect items shipped.
• Non-returnable: Custom/private label orders, opened spice/nut packages.

Process:

1. Email vermaarckint@gmail.com with order # + reason.
2. Return shipping cost borne by buyer (unless our error).
3. Refund processed within 14 days to original payment method.
